Service Description

We meet twice a month to discuss:- Cases Clinical Issues Business Issues Regulation Issues Clinical Governance issues every three months (Complaints, significant events and compliments) You can use this as part of your documentation for CQC as collaboration with other practices. Each meeting will have minutes and these will be added to the Out of the Box medics portal (Community Coaching Blog) along with the recording of the meeting. Please note that by purchasing this subscription, you will also have full access to the current library of videos and podcasts as well as any future additions for the length of your membership. If you are a Media Content Plan subscriber, you MUST cancel your subscription via the member pages to avoid paying twice. This will not happen automatically.
